At Maalmy., you can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge and without penalty.

How to cancel:

• From your customer account: My Account > Manage my subscription > Cancel
• By email: Contact@maalmy.com with your order number

Timeframe: Cancellation takes effect immediately. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed. Your current monthly period remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month. To avoid being charged, cancel before your next renewal date.
